1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our cloud services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may implement.

2. Fair Use Policy
To provide a stable and reliable service to all users, we enforce a fair use policy for our cloud services:

2.1. Resource Usage
Users are expected to utilize resources (bandwidth, storage, processing power) in a manner that is reasonable and consistent with typical user behavior.

Excessive use that adversely affects our network or services may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or termination of your account.

2.2. Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and implement measures necessary to maintain the integrity of our services.

3. Legal Content in the Cloud
3.1. Compliance with Laws
All content uploaded, stored, or transmitted using our services must comply with applicable local, and international laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to store or share in the cloud.

3.2. Prohibited Content
You may not store or distribute illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content, which includes, but is not limited to:
– Copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
– Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination.
– Malware or any other harmful code.

3.3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IDEO Solutions Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services and any content you store in the cloud.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. IDEO Solutions Limited disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

4.2. Limitation
IDEO Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.3. Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

5. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
